    1. I've watched the video, J.G., but (woe is me!) 'watch' is the operative word as I haven't been able to get any sound for a couple of months now - and this little film sure does look pleasing. I sat through the 7.5 minutes agape at the handful of delicious hotties (seems to have been made by a beard-lovers' collective) and felt so tantalised in not knowing what was going on - but thankfully words are on screen in final minute or so, so I know how whatever started ended. 'Cute' is indeed an apt description, and I thank you for posting this little feast (especially the 'daddy') for the eyes, even if, for me, not for the rest as well.

    3. For a split second, A.M., I thought you were referring to Super and Bat. But I'm with you> I do especially like the 'Daddy' so he'd be choice if I could only have one. (Dream on, RayB!)

  3. I really don't understand why, if there both good, why are they fighting each other? Some nice eye candy....but this it. Never planned to see this.

    1. Exactly, M.M. Even when I first started seeing the trailers I knew it was a mistake having these two in the same film, let alone seeing watching then knocking the stuffing out of each other. I like both characters - though, of course, each of their respective films have been of variable quality. But to carry conviction they each need to live in hermetically sealed independent worlds with absolutely no overlap. I could tell you why they fight (I think, though the 'plot' was so incoherent) but what's the point? You'll gain more by saving your money and not wasting your time.

    1. Just to add a little to what I've said in reply to above comments, Bob - if you want to see a film that's all noise, all 'ooh-ah' spectacle, muddled and over-complicated 'plot', daft script with no imagination - and, I must mention, a villain so charisma-less as hyperactive and fidgety, baby-faced Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) who just will NOT shut up - then bingo!, this is your film. Go at your peril!

    1. I know. The idea that having two super heroes in the same film would pay dividends in box office receipts has been shown to be true, sadly. Sounds like they were scraping the barrel to find a different approach, and it's working, never mind that the film is an unholy and insubstantial mess. Oh well. I'll put it down to a 'generation thing'.
